Program Overview: Take the Next Step in Your Career

The main aim of this program is to provide players with a platform to exhibit their skills during a rigorous training period. Selected athletes will have the chance to join competitive teams in the RFEF Second Division, Spanish Preferente, or the División de Honor.

How to Participate

1. Submit Your Application: To start, prospective players must send their sporting history along with video highlights showcasing their skills.
2. Evaluation: Once accepted, you will be evaluated by UD Alzira's technical team during the training camp in Spain. They will assess your level and determine the appropriate training category for you.
3. Feedback Report: Following your evaluation, the club will provide a detailed report on your skills and potential opportunities.

Compete at High Levels

Should you be selected to join UD Alzira’s Second Division RFEF squad, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to play against competitive opponents, including:

Alternatively, if you make the cut for the División de Honor Youth team, you will square off against elite teams such as:

What the Program Includes

Participants can expect a comprehensive training experience, which encompasses:

• Intensive Training: Engage in 3 to 6 days of training per week with UD Alzira's experienced coaches from the Spanish Second Division, Youth Team in Division de Honor, or Preferente.
• Additional Training at SIA Academy: Benefit from gym sessions and supplementary training.
• Evaluation Report: Receive a performance assessment from the club's coaching staff.
• Accommodation and Full Board: Enjoy lodging and meals at the SIA Academy High-Performance Centre in Valencia, which features a hotel for players, multiple natural and artificial grass football fields, a swimming pool, and a restaurant.
• Expert Support: Access various sessions with a physical trainer, nutritionist, physiotherapist, or sports psychologist.
• Transfers: Convenient transfers to and from Valencia Airport or Valencia Station at scheduled times, as well as transportation to training sessions with the club.
• Training Kits: Receive two training kits and enjoy laundry services for your convenience.
