Players will be part of an English Premier League Club’s International football programme and work with an experienced UEFA qualified team of coaches and support staff, preparing players to live as young footballers within an English Premier League Club setting.
Finch Farm Training Complex: Opened in 2007, the Finch Farm complex replaced the Bellefield training ground. It features ten full-size grass pitches, two synthetic grass pitches, one indoor pitch, and four smaller pitches. The facility offers advanced physiotherapy, medical resources, and performance analysis tools. It contains a gym, swimming pool, and spa. The academy/program integrate on-site classrooms and educational facilities.
Goodison Park: Goodison Park has hosted Everton since August 24, 1892. Initially accommodating 12,000, the capacity is now almost 40,000.
New Waterfront Stadium: A new stadium on Liverpool’s waterfront will soon serve Everton. With a capacity of 52,888, the venue has received praise for its modern design, merging contemporary and traditional elements.

The Everton Sport Development & Coaching foundation degree (FdSc) and full BSc (Hons) degree provides a distinctive higher education experience. This program allows students to engage with the Everton Family, focusing on developing skills in sport development and coaching. Emphasizing work-related learning, students can enhance their coaching practice both domestically and internationally over two years.
The degree operates under a Nil Satis, Nisi Optimum approach, offering access to outstanding learning opportunities. Developed in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, students can earn a foundation degree at the end of the second year. They also have the option to complete a third year for a BSc (Hons) degree.
