International Scouting Center

The story of the International Scouting Center (ISM) began with the rich expertise its founders acquired during their tenure from 1998 to 2005 at the A.C. Perugia Youth Academy. During its influential period at A.C. Perugia, a prominent Serie A team at the time, the project boasted an extensive network - comprising 138 affiliated clubs.

The progression from national to international realms marked a significant chapter for ISM starting in 2010. For five fruitful years, ISM partnered with Empoli F.C., shouldering the responsibility of representing the Italian club on international scouting missions. This partnership underscored ISM's capability and trustworthiness in the field of scouting abroad, further cementing its reputation in the European football community.

Since 2015, ISM has only broadened its horizon, working in collaboration with numerous top-tier European football clubs. This expansion not only showcases ISM’s growing influence but also its adaptability and commitment to fostering football talent across Europe.
