The Perfect Family Triathlon Camp

If you have triathlon practice scheduled for the holidays "Tri at Portugal" is the solution for you.

Book your holiday with Tri at Portugal and we'll help you make these practices happen while you're on holiday. We have monitors/guides that will guide you through your scheduled swimming, cycling, and running sessions, while your family relaxes or enjoys the many activities you can add to your holiday package.

This holiday triathlon camp includes 4 hours of daily training for 5 days.

All programs can be customized.

START DAY: Saturday

END DAY: The next Saturday

WEAR: Swim, Cycling, and Running gear. Don't forget the sunscreen!

INCLUDED: Airport Transfers, Breakfast, Accommodation in 5*/4*/3* Hotel, Training Fees, Sports Insurance

NOT INCLUDED: Flight Tickets, Personal Insurance, Bike Rentals, and Bike assembly

We usually guide the athletes in the practices they already have planned, from home by their coaches. But it is possible to plan your training during your stay.

The training is usually 4 hours a day for 5 days, which combine:

SPORTS TRAINING FACILITIES

In Cascais, it is possible to train outdoors most days of the year.

All our practices are programmed to enjoy the Sintra Mountains and the Sea pool that we have in Cascais.
In case there is a need for indoor training, we have a partnership with gyms that have all the necessary facilities for the practice of indoor triathlon, such as:

25 meter swimming pool
Gym
Static Bicycles
and running treadmill

THE LOCATION

Cascais is the premier holiday destination of the Lisbon coastline in Portugal. This is a traditional and charming Portuguese fishing town, which has responsibly developed into a popular resort town.

Historically, Cascais was the summer retreat of the Portuguese nobility, and today the town is an elegant fusion of its illustrious heritage, with the expectations of the modern tourist.

Found within the cobbled streets of the historic center are lavish villas, an imposing fort, fascinating museums, along with a buzzing holiday atmosphere. Cascais boasts so many historic sights and attractions, that it is regarded as one of the best day trips from Lisbon.

The beaches of Cascais are glorious, surrounding the town are the beautiful beaches of the Portuguese Riviera, while to the north is the wild and untamed Serra de Sintra coastline, with its vast surfing beaches and dramatic natural scenery.

Please, be noted, that the price of this triathlon holiday camp varies depending on the accommodation option you choose (5*, 4*, or 3* hotel for two people or a single person), and the dates that you choose.

IMPORTANT: the accommodation price listed below includes everything (Airport Transfers, Breakfast, Accommodation in 5*/4*/3* Hotel, Training Fees, Sports Insurance). Basically, it is the triathlon holiday camp's price; it just varies depending on your choice of accommodation and date.

Registration process: Please, select an option in the Accommodation section below (it is the cost of the program), then choose the Date for which you would like to book a place. Book additional extra-services if it is necessary (e.g. bikes).
