The Event:

The city of Coimbra will host, for the first time, at 13 of June 2021, a Full Distance Triathlon. A race that promise to be memorable for the athletes, but also for their families. The cycling will be with the roads closed, with almost non elevations in the cycling and in the run.

But this mega sport event, from 10 to 13of June of 2021, will have various races, such as: SUP, Night swimming in Mondego River, Kids race, family relays, 8 different triathlon races from sprint to full distance.

The Venues:

The accommodations that Coimbra offer are 3 and 4-star Hotels and are located in the downtown of Coimbra, near to Mondego river and between 500m to maximum of 2 km to the race venue.

The City: Coimbra is a historically university city because of the University of Coimbra, one of the oldest in Europe and one of the largest in Portugal, founded in 1290. The University of Coimbra, Alta e Sofia have been declared by UNESCO World Heritage. These are just some examples of the rich heritage you can visit in this beautiful city.
