Academics

Our full-time program caters to 16-20-year-old student-athletes, merging A Level or NCFE Sport Extended Diploma studies with professional sports training. We offer a broad spectrum of A Level courses and practical NCFE diplomas, taught by Ranelagh School and industry experts.

Domestic and International Students

UK-based students benefit from government-funded A-Levels, BTEC, and NCFE courses, while international students enjoy high-quality course options provided by BCoT, known for over 70 years of academic excellence.

Success Stories:

(1) Ellis Lehane

Ellis joined the the BTFC Elite Academy at the start of the 20/21 season. He progressed quickly and became an integral part of our squad. He is a fantastic lad with a tremendous built-in confidence. Ellis signed for the Tottenham Hotspur FC Academy in September 2021.

(2) Owen Giles

Owen had been at the Academy since the age of 13, where he started in our youth program. His dedication to Improve and learn as a player gave us the confidence to speak to clubs looking for talented footballers. Using our connections, Owen was offered a 2-year contract to join Oxford United Academy.

(3) Nic Simmons

Nic had the opportunity to combine his studies with living in a new culture, which broadened his athlete development. The flexible academic program offered by the SB Group allowed Nic to excel on and off the pitch which led to education opportunities back in the USA.

Registration & Costs

Academy enrollment is based on an assessment and achieving a minimum of 40 points in GCSE results. Confirmation follows the receipt and verification of results from your current school.

Cost: From 28,000 GBP (football program only), 40-60 000 GBP (with academics included)

Training: Intensive Full Time

Fixtures: ECFA League, FA Youth Cup, Showcase and Senior Partner Teams
