Program targets 18- to 23-year-old players who want an immersive experience with a Spanish local team. The participants would get the opportunity to practice and compete in the Spanish league and, consequently, in front of professional scouts. It can last anything between 6 to 10 months.
The players practice four times a week with the partner clubs, which include hard sessions together with other competing teams. This will prepare them for official matches, with complete club equipment. Friendlies are organized to develop skills and team building for better companionship and sportsmanship.
Training is adjusted according to personal development for each position, individualized attention for skill enrichment; progress is traced by quarterly technical reports with objective highlighting of improvements. Physical conditioning includes gym workouts for strength and endurance.
Mentorship on an individual level is overseen by Oscar Riera, a football expert, who guides players toward full potential.
For visa applications, relevant documents including club invitation, registration, payment certificates, Spanish health insurance, and the residence certificate are provided. These are sent by mail and couriered globally.
Accommodation is provided in a central Barcelona residence that is well-connected both to training facilities and to the cultural life of Barcelona. There are self-contained kitchens, bathrooms, study space, and leisure areas available. Players' fitness will also be supported by the well-equipped gym and rooftop pool area.
A Veo camera records all sessions and matches live. It allows for game analysis, creating highlight reels for performance assessment, and enables family and friends to follow participants' activities remotely.
