1.  PRO SOCCER DEVELOPMENT 

The expertise of Paris Saint-Germain is now accessible in a Pro Residency Academy in the U.S. The program brings to the U.S. the Paris Saint-Germain’s world-renowned training methodology delivered by official Paris Saint-Germain Academy coaches, top-of-the-line facilities, professional training conditions and elite competition allowing players to reach their full potential.

Pro player development following the world-class Paris Saint-Germain methodology

Throughout the season, student-athletes are fully immersed in an exclusive professional environment. By following the same training philosophy and methodology delivered at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy in Paris and through immersion in a professional routine, student-athletes develop high levels of confidence and are prepared for competition, with the knowledge and skills to make the best decision in all game situations. 

All training sessions reproduce game situations to prepare student-athletes for real-game scenarios to analyze and find solutions as a part of an active learning process. The program incorporates technical-coordination, tactical-cognitive, physical-conditional and psychological-emotional aspects, enabling players to develop all-around skills.

Technical team of experts

A professional multidisciplinary team of highly qualified experts certified by Paris Saint-Germain and led by Raul Escoin who has more than 20 years of experience in Europe and in the U.S.

Raul has been a Paris Saint-Germain Academy Technical Director for the past five years and his prior experiences include Head Coach of FC Barcelona (FCB Escola), Strength and Conditioning Head Coach and Coaching Coordinator at Villareal CF.

The team comprises of UEFA licensed coaches with a solid background (minimum 10 years of experience) in youth development supported by a multi-disciplinary dedicated staff (Coaching, Sport Science, Fitness, Game Analysis, Medical).

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro staff and players receive regular visits and assessments from the Technical Directors from the Paris Saint-Germain Headquarters in Paris.

Training center

Located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area (Florida), the state-of-the-art Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Campus is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and amenities focused on elite performance (20,000 seat capacity, locker rooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, video analysis room), the campus represents the excellence in the U.S.

2. COMPETITION

Players are immersed in a competitive environment at the highest level in the U.S and Europe.

Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro is fully immersed in the American path-to-pro.

Our student-athletes compete at a very high level, participating in carefully chosen elite competitions featuring league games, scrimmages, and highly competitive local, national, and international tournaments. The competition schedule* is defined each year by the technical staff to bring the highest individual and team development opportunities:

·  Participation in USL Academy Cup and USL Academy League through our own USL League 2 team FC Miami City, UPSL as well as South Florida competition such as SFUYSA and FYSA League.

·  Highly competitive tournaments:

-  International tournaments such as MIC Football (USA and Spain)

-  National tournaments such as IMG Showcase, Disney Showcase and San Diego Surf Cup.

As part of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro, student-athletes have direct access to Paris Saint-Germain and are invited every year to Paris. Through this trip, they discover, in full immersion, the European football culture. They are exposed to the highest level of youth soccer training and competition featuring an intensive training and competition program with top-level European clubs.

·            Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro is fully immersed in the American path-to-pro, providing a real development pathway for players with exposure to professional clubs (MLS and USL clubs).

·            Training and competition programs, as well as ID camps and showcases, are carefully chosen to identify and accelerate the development of elite youth players with the potential to reach the professional ranks.

·            The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro is directly affiliated with USL through its own club, FC Miami City, further multiplying players’ options to compete within the American landscape (MLS/NWSL, USL, and UPSL).

Path to pro opportunities in Europe

·            Being part of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy network allows players to benefit from exclusive exposure opportunities with the club and every year, players are invited to Paris to live exclusive experiences and get exposure to the highest level of youth soccer competition.

·            By leveraging the networks of our partner the International Center of European Football (ICEF), student-athletes can benefit from direct access to professional soccer in Europe through its networks of professional clubs, offering the ideal path to get exposed to the highest level of competition in Europe.

Collegiate opportunities

·            Working very closely with NBPS, with a long-established history of academic excellence since 1957, student-athletes are academically prepared to enter their first-choice college or university such as Duke, Stanford, and Michigan State.

·            Student-athletes are offered all-around support throughout their preparation for college including:

o  Dedicated college counseling with an individually designed roadmap to success and advice for future careers.

o  Monthly workshops dedicated to career and professional development.

o  Participation in ID Camps and Showcases to display skills and talent in front of a selection of coaches from the best colleges and universities.

o  Networking and creation of online player profiles to reach college coaches.

o  Support and advice in the creation of highlight videos during the recruitment process.

All conditions are met to allow players to live an incredible experience featuring a professional regimen combined with a rigorous education in an ideal environment in sunny South Florida.

·            An ideal location in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area: The Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Campus and North Broward Preparatory School are located in sunny South Florida, which sees an average of 240 days of sunshine per year, making it the ideal year-round training location for our student-athletes, who strive for success in this picturesque setting.

·            Extraordinary student life with extensive options of extra-curricular activities.

·            Ideal tourist destination with a large range of activities for leisure and learning, in the Sunshine State. Trips and excursions include local beaches, NBA Miami Heat games, Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks, Bowling, Kayaking/Canoeing, Everglades, Miami beach neighborhood visits and weekly trips to local shopping centers and museums.

When not involved in weekend competitions, all of the weekend activities are included in the tuition fees and are offered to students every weekend and planned with students’ interests in mind.

6. BOARDING LIFE

A safe and nurturing environment for boarding at North Broward Preparatory School where student-athletes share the experience of being away from home.

·            Perfect balance in the daily schedule of the student-athletes with defined time for soccer, classes, activities, entertainment, and rest. Students also have time allotted for quiet study and homework for the week ahead.

·            International Village dormitories with shared double rooms, just steps away from their classrooms. Student-athletes have access to an array of amenities and dormitory areas are complete with kitchens, common areas, study areas, Wi-Fi, and more.

·            Healthy meals crafted by nutritionists with nutritionally planned breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch options that rotate daily.

·            A proprietary shuttle transports our student-athletes to and from the Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Campus, a drive of around 20 minutes.

·            A dedicated and experienced Residential Life team cares for the everyday life of boarding students.

·            Students have access to an on-site medical clinic, infirmary, registered nurses, school counselors, and outside physicians to address any student health concerns.

Who is this program for?

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Residency is designed for elite, high potential and experienced U13-U19 players. Open to boys and girls age 11-19, this all-inclusive 10-month program runs from mid-August to mid-June, allowing players to reach their highest potential, according to age performance objectives.

+ Option 1: 10-month Full Residency

- Pro soccer preparation by Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro - $ 66 000

- Full-year academics and college prep by North Broward Preparatory School

- Boarding at the North Broward Preparatory School campus, one of the best college preparatory schools in Florida and among the highest ranked in the US, with 100% accepted graduates from the best universities in the world (minimum TOEFL 70)

+ Option 2: 10-month Day School and Academy - $46,575

- Pro soccer preparation by Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro

- Full-year academics and college prep by North Broward Preparatory School

- No accommodation, a participant lives on his own;

+ Option 3: 10-Month Soccer Academy - $16.000

- Pro soccer preparation by Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro

- No accommodation and NO academic education; 

Registration Process / IMPORTANT /

Registration to an online or in-person Tryout is required to be considered for admission in the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro ($229 per player, deducted from the tuition fees upon registration to the program)

In order to begin the enrollment process, families are required to submit the first payment to reserve the student-athlete's spot for their desired program.
