This system is designed to boost the performance of its athletes by incorporating cutting-edge technology and methodology, championed by a technical team that includes esteemed individuals such as Iker Casillas, Juan Canales, and Josué Linares.

• The institution caters to both boys and girls across all player positions, offering educational programs in the Secondary Education level (12-16 years old) in Spanish (ESO) and the Middle Years Program.
• For older students (16-18 years old), there are options to pursue the Bachillerato LOMCE in Spanish and the International Baccalaureate entirely in English.

SEK-El Castillo is located 20 minutes from downtown Madrid and distinguishes itself with exceptional academic credentials and a secure, natural setting near mountains and forests.

The school facilitates a rich array of cultural, sports, and leisure activities, alongside full-service provisions including medical support, security, and full boarding.

Housing at SEK-El Castillo is designed to accommodate students in double or triple rooms, ensuring comfort and fostering a community environment.

The campus stretches across 150 hectares and integrates facilities shared with a higher education institution and sports club. It boasts a comprehensive sports club featuring multiple sports halls, indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a football pitch, and equestrian facilities with over 100 horses.

Notably, SEK-El Castillo hosts an elite International Sports Academy dedicated to high-performance athletes.

The soccer program specifically targets SEK students aspiring to elevate their technical skills and achieve higher-level club access. Anchored in teaching excellence, this program extends a competitive experience geared toward skill enhancement and strategic career management in soccer.

Training Process

Each participant is trained in local clubs three times a week, receives twice-weekly sessions at the Iker Casillas Academy, and benefits from biweekly video analysis to refine tactics and technique.

The staffing for this program consists of coaches who hold at least a Level B or UEFA B License, with a capped ratio of six students per trainer, facilitating personalized instruction and rapid development.

The Iker Casillas Academy also operates a vigorous scouting network, maintaining constant contact with Madrid clubs. Through this network, students are evaluated and those meeting specific performance and potential criteria are funneled towards prominent community teams, amplifying their career trajectory.

Additionally, to enrich the student experience, the program integrates visits to iconic football locations like the Legends Museum and provides exclusive invites to matches of top teams such as Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. This holistic approach not only enhances the physical and technical aspects of the players but also ensures a broader development, including exposure to professional environments and cultural enrichment.
