Year / Semester Long Development Program

Training Sessions

Players will be assessed at the beginning of the program to know their starting level and we will make a personal plan to help improve their progress. For this, we will count on the help of specialists who have already had experience of this type at a professional level.

Players will have 5 days of training per week with our Technical Staff at the Academy where they will improve all aspects of the game, both individually and collectively with a methodology of a First Division Club

During the course, players will receive continuous reports on their evolution and improvement, so that they are aware of their progress at all times of the process.

You will have the opportunity to train under the methodology of a Professional Club as is the GETAFE C.F. and to be observed by its coaches.

TOURNAMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL GAMES

The players of the Academy will play games against First and Second Division Youth Academies and will play maximum level Tournaments in Spain during the annual program where they will be able to exhibit their game and opt for a possible recruitment from a professional club.

SPORTS NUTRITION AND COACHING

​We firmly believe in "invisible" training and that is why we take care of the players in all aspects that affect their performance as healthy living habits (sleep and food) as well as in the mental aspects great enhancers of the performance if they are controlled and used properly

Masterclasses

The Academy players will receive, once per month, the visit of a Football Professional who will share his/her experiences.

Accommodation

The players will be permanently supervised by the instructors of the Academy. They can choose to live in a residence with other players or in a host family and the program includes all transfers between the residence, the sports facilities and the school. In addition, medical insurance is included.
