PRO Soccer Trial Showcase Camp in Manchester

The EduKick Pro Football Trial Showcase in Manchester is an intensive 6-week football training soccer camp that includes a one-day professional football trial event, where you will have the chance to play in front of UK & European pro club officials, scouts, and representatives in attendance.

In addition to intense pro training sessions on a daily basis and academic study, participating players will be able to showcase their talent in front of invited scouts from clubs at all levels of the football structure in the UK and playing alongside some top quality players in the trials. This is a real target for all players to get noticed by the professional UK or European based club. At our EduKick Manchester football trials on average, we have 15+ different club scouts in attendance, all looking for players.

We submit player’s football resume (information) with notes on their progress throughout their time with us and previous achievements sometimes with links to their own player profile on our website. This information is provided to all scouts in attendance. In recent history, we have had EduKick players selected at the events for further club trials with Crewe Alexandra FC, Bury FC, Accrington Stanley FC, Everton FC, and Witton Albion and more!

Showcase your Football Skills to Pro-Club Scouts & Representatives

Train and play to demonstrate your football ability in front of official scouts and club representatives from a range of football clubs from the northwest of England. All levels of the club will be represented; from Premier League down to semi-professional and non-league clubs. In addition, representatives from established scouting organizations, working for clubs across the UK and overseas, will also be in attendance and looking for talented players.

How is a Showcase different than a TRIAL?

A showcase is either a full or half-day event where you can play and train in front of invited scouts and club representatives from clubs of all levels. Should you perform at a high enough level you may be invited to the club training ground for a trial.

What if I get chosen?

Any player whose details are requested by a pro or semi-professional club will and invited to trial, will be contacted as soon as possible by a member of our team. We will not share your personal details with anyone without first gaining express permission from the player (if over 18) or a parent for those under 18.

Should you be selected for a club trial then the club will contact you once your details have been shared, to arrange the details of your visit. In some cases clubs may ask us to liaise with you in order to arrange such a visit.

What happens at a club trial?

A club football trial can take many different formats and will vary from club to club. Some clubs will invite players to train with their youth academy. This allows them to observe how a player measures up against those players who have already been signed. Some clubs have “shadow squads” or “development squads” which run alongside their academy cohort. These squads may act as feeders into the main academy squad.

Some clubs track players during the season that they have spotted at a Showcase event. Should such a trial be requested, we would inform the player and/or his parents or guardians.

6 WEEK SOCCER CAMP FEE INCLUDES:

• Daily football training (individually and team training) with UEFA qualified coaches (Monday – Friday) minimum of 2 hours per session
• Regular competitive friendly games against a variety of levels of opponent from local colleges to professional academies (1 game per week minimum)
• Guest coaching sessions with pro football academy/clubs coaches in the northwest giving you an opportunity to showcase your talent (minimum 1)
• Entry into the EduKick Manchester Football SHOWCASE Event
• Guest speakers from the world of football & Sport (dependent upon availability)
• Regular talent exposure through our link with the Professional Football Association (dependent upon availability)
• Weekly team meeting with match analysis or socer training analysis
• Academy Football Report & Feedback
• Online player profile/CV
• Full training kit
• Visa support letters subject to requirements and acceptance
• Airport Transfers on Arrival & Departure at the start and end of the course
• Private return bus transportation between EduKick Manchester school and football training facility
• Student insurance for the duration of your 6-week stay
• Host family Accommodation – Mandatory for 16 & 17-year-olds optional for those aged 18 and above
• Independent student residence accommodation – Optional for those aged 18 and above
• Breakfast & Evening meal – HOST FAMILY OPTION ONLY
• Daily education classes (BTEC Diploma in Sport, English language classes or online USA Grade 10, 11 or 12)
• Access to a fully equipped Gym 7 days a week

 NOT INCLUDED IN COURSE FEES:

• Airline tickets to/from Manchester International Airport
• Local travel – return transport between the accommodation of your choice and EduKick Manchester School site. Manchester has an excellent public rail, bus, and tram network. The main transport hub is a 5-minute walk from our School site.
• Lunch (if you choose host family accommodation you receive Breakfast and evening meal)
• Breakfast, Lunch & evening meal (if you are 18 and choose Independent student living)

International players arrive to MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Airport transfer is included in tuition fees.
