9-months football program

Our Spanish Soccer Academy offers a comprehensive developmental program for young footballers, providing them with opportunities to engage in Spanish league play through a licensed football experience. Players are placed into the ACFC first team, U23 squad, or a U-19 team aligned with their age, skills, and the strategic decisions made by our well-versed coaching staff aiming for team and individual growth.

Led by seasoned professionals, including an ex-Crystal Palace coach and a World Cup-winning former Argentine U21 player, our program is designed to cultivate talent in a focused and demanding setting. The academy's nine-month program begins in September 2025 and culminates in May 2026, aligning with the European football season. Participants benefit from stringent technical training, advanced fitness regimes, and state-of-the-art technological tools to ensure they are continually prepared for competitive play.

Head Coach, Francisco 'Pancho' Guerrero

At ACFC, we're proud to have Pancho Guerrero as our first team head coach, a distinguished former World Cup scorer for Argentina's U20 squad. With extensive playing experience at club levels in Argentina and Switzerland, Pancho has transitioned into coaching roles at various clubs including Alicante CF. Under his guidance since the 2021/22 season, ACFC achieved a historic 5th place finish.
